VACANT PROPERTIES
To view our vacant properties we require a drivers license and a $20 cash key deposit; you get the key for an hour.

Please note: We do not show properties after 3:30PM. You may only drive by occupied units, do not disturb tenants. NO SMOKING when viewing any of our properties!

All rentals require a 6 month lease. You'll need the following items to process your application: your drivers license or photo ID and proof of income. There is NO APPLICATION FEE.
